Understand- conducting ideas and research

For the class we had to define out theme and support it with three places/ areas to go with it. While in the class discussion the day before, i was thinking of two themes i would like to do my project on. my first idea was Cafes around Wellington because the capital has many hospitality places and i work in hospitality myself. I wanted to explore coffee as a main factor and go to different styles of cafes such as a small coffee cart, a quirky and relaxing cafe and a busy CBD (central business district) cafe to see the differences and have a cafe which would suit different customers. My other idea was to focus on scenic walkways around wellington because i like to stay fit and have scenic surroundings around me while i am doing it. I wanted to have a costal walkway, a nature walkway and a more challenging hill line walkway.
